DUE TO COVID-19, we are considering the best options for our 2021 testing group. If there is enough interest in having the large test group at FBCW, we can consider it. We can also hold smaller groups hosted by testing families in homes. The registration link below is simply just to join our email list and to ensure there is enough interest to move forward with either option. At this time, we will not be collecting any student information. 

 

 

We are using an email registration form to collect information. Your email will be used strictly for communication with you regarding this testing group and will NOT be shared with anyone.

On the sign up form, you will be asked for your child’s FULL name, birth date and grade level. This is the grade that they will be completing in May (or have recently completed) NOT the grade they will be entering next school year.

If you have more than 3 testing students and/or childcare children, please send that information in an email after you register.
